We are offering self-catering accommodation in our guest house which is run by the owner of Raggy Charters, Lloyd Edwards. Your room will be overlooking the Indian ocean- a stone's throw from the sea....

Rates

Cost is R650 per person per night sharing and R800 per person per night single.  Joining us on an ocean safari allows for a 20% discount on accommodation.

The House

The house comprises three double bedrooms, one single room, three bathrooms, two kitchens, and two entertainment areas, which are also used as lecture facilities. There is also a spacious deck that overlooks the sea, and a warm and cosy indoor braai and pub area (for the winter months).

The Garden

The garden is totally indigenous, with over 100 species of trees. This is a wider variety of trees than found in the whole of Europe.

It is the perfect accommodation for any nature lover as there is plenty of wildlife to be seen as well as incredible plants and trees, with 93 species of birds (click here for a full list with photo ID). As you will be staying with the owner of Raggy Charters, expert marine guide and head of the Dendrological (tree) Society, Lloyd Edwards, you will be sure to get a thrilling educational experience.

Whales and dolphins are seen regularly, often breaching clear of the water right in front of the house. Cape clawless otters breed in the fresh water system which enters the sea nearby.
